I have read the PDF of this book and enjoyed it immensely, and I have recommended it to many as one of Morgan's best short books.
I gave this edition 2 stars though because the text is unedited and hard to read. I recommend finding a different edition.
I bought this for my son, who was always wondering about the years of Jesus life from the time He was found teaching in the temple as a boy then straight into His public ministry. I read it also. G Campbell Morgan gave excellent insight and brought out the normalcy of Jesus life at home. I enjoyed it!😊
Short and simple. Arguably both a pro and a con. Sure it is possible he could of elaborated more, but why? Even Christ demonstrated the power of the economy of words. I am grateful for Mr. Morgans courage to illustrate a point maany, including myself, would have considered a touchy subject to broach given the little amount of information we have on Christ's childhood. Well written and a good point to be made. As well as a quick read. Took me less than ten minutes.
